MY REFLECTION
My Experience On
English Works Program
Hi, I am Rabia Shahid from Hyderabad student
of English Works Program Horizon Welfare Association. I am very lucky to being
the part of this program. Now i am going to share my experience with you all.
The biggest fear of my life was “Public
Speaking”. I didn’t knew that how to face people, how to communicate with them,
how to be confident in front of people and how to collaborate with them.

| MY FIRST DAY AT ENGLISH WORKS PROGRAM |
Before joining this program I thought this
will be same as other English programs like I am going to learn tenses, idioms
and many other things. After joining this program I feel really confident now I
can communicate with people in English without feel hesitant. There is good
environment to develop confidence I feel change in myself day by day. I learn
effective way of communication, team work that how to lead a team as a leader,
the most important 21st Century Employability Skills, learning
potentials 7Cs of communication, paradigm shifting of 21st Century
in Education and so on.
The course is amazingly designed. I learn the basics about
that how to give an interview. It was difficult for me to remember vocabulary
but here I learn the easiest way “Word Mapping” now it is easy for me to
remember the vocabulary along with its synonym, antonym and picture. And it was
also difficult for me to remember the important points but here I learn Cornell
Note Taking which is really amazing and easy way to remember the key words
instead of the whole paragraph.
I am learning many new things along with English language and I know I will
learn more new things along with creative activities. I am really thankful to
my teachers who always encourage and support me to achieve my goals.
